Putzmeister Telebelt Concrete & Material Placement in Las Vegas & Henderson

ACMP Services uses Putzmeister Telebelts to place ready-mix concrete and construction materials throughout Las Vegas, Henderson and Southern Nevada. Our truck-mounted conveyors reach across the jobsite to deliver concrete, Type II aggregate base, rock, gravel and sand where crews need it—from foundations and slabs to commercial sites and custom homes.

We work directly with builders, general contractors, concrete contractors and owner-builders to plan access, setup and placement before the truck arrives.

Why Builders & Contractors Choose ACMP

ACMP gives contractors another way to get concrete and bulk materials where they need to go. A Telebelt can reach across a site, handle mixes that may be difficult to pump and move from concrete to base or backfill without changing equipment.

Before the pour, we help plan truck access, outrigger space, material delivery and placement sequence so the day runs smoothly.

Why Use a Telebelt Instead of a Concrete Pump?

A concrete pump pushes concrete through an enclosed line. A Telebelt carries it on an open conveyor. Depending on the job, that can make a real difference:

  • No pump-line priming: concrete goes straight onto the belt, without the grout or slurry needed to prime a pump line.
  • More than concrete: the same truck can place ready-mix concrete, aggregate base, sand, gravel, rock and backfill.
  • Tough mixes: Telebelts can handle a wide range of slumps and larger aggregate that may be difficult to pump.
  • Fast setup and repositioning: the telescoping conveyor makes it easier to reach different areas of a pour.
  • Useful from base to slab: one machine can place base or backfill and then handle the concrete scope.
  • Lower-clearance setup: the TB 130 unfolds in about 15 feet 3 inches, which can help when overhead room is limited.

A conventional concrete pump is still the right tool for some high-rise, extreme vertical and long pipeline placements. Tell us about the job and we can help determine whether a Telebelt makes sense.

Ready-Mix Concrete Placement

ACMP places ready-mix concrete for foundations, footings, slabs, commercial projects, production housing and custom homes throughout Southern Nevada. A Telebelt is especially useful when access is tight, the mix is difficult to pump or crews need to place concrete quickly across a large area.

For a complete concrete scope, Telebelt placement can be coordinated with Coronado Concrete foundations, slabs and flatwork. Owner-builders can also learn more about WestCor’s custom-home concrete and framing process.

Type II Concrete & Aggregate Placement

ACMP can place both ready-mix concrete made with Type II or Type II/V cement and Type II aggregate base. They are different materials: concrete arrives from the ready-mix supplier to the project’s mix specifications, while Type II aggregate base is a compactable granular material used beneath slabs and for foundations, trenches, backfill and site work. Tell us which material, quantity and site access when requesting pricing.

Telebelt FAQs

What is a Telebelt?

A Telebelt is a truck-mounted telescopic conveyor that places concrete and other flowable construction materials at the jobsite.

Can a Telebelt place ready-mix concrete?

Yes. We use Telebelts to place concrete for foundations, footings, slabs, commercial projects and homes.

Can a Telebelt place Type II or Type II/V concrete?

Yes. Type II or Type II/V refers to the cement or approved mix, not the placement equipment. ACMP places the ready-mix delivered for the job.

Can a Telebelt place Type II aggregate base?

Yes. Type II aggregate base can be conveyor-placed for slab preparation, backfill and other site-work applications.

When is a Telebelt preferable to a concrete pump?

A Telebelt is often a good fit when you need long horizontal reach, have a difficult mix, want to place more than concrete or would rather avoid priming and cleaning a pump line. Pumps are still better for some vertical and long-pipeline work.

Can a Telebelt place low-slump or large-aggregate mixes?

Yes. Telebelts can handle a wide slump range and larger aggregate that may be difficult to pump. We review the mix and jobsite before scheduling.

How far can ACMP’s TB 130 reach?

The TB 130 reaches up to 126 ft 3 in horizontally. Final reach depends on elevation, safe setup and jobsite access.

Can a Telebelt place gravel, sand and rock?

Yes. The TB 130 can move materials from sand to rock up to 4 inches.

Does ACMP serve Henderson?

Yes. ACMP serves Las Vegas, Henderson and projects throughout Southern Nevada.
