Building Your Own Custom Home in Las Vegas?

Bring your plans to WestCor Construction for concrete and framing insight, coordinated scopes and a smoother path from foundation through framed structure

A Concrete and Framing Partner for Las Vegas Owner-Builders

Acting as your own builder gives you direct control over your custom home. It also makes early coordination especially valuable. WestCor can review your plans from the perspective of the concrete and framing work our licensed companies perform, identify practical constructability or value-engineering opportunities within those scopes, and help you plan the transition from foundation to framing.

Plan Review Within Our Scopes

We review plans for concrete and framing constructability, sequencing and potential efficiencies within the work WestCor is licensed and contracted to perform.

Concrete + Framing Coordination

Choose Coronado Concrete, WestCor Framing, or both. With both scopes, our teams can coordinate handoffs and field communication around the same set of plans.

Foundation-to-Frame Momentum

A coordinated approach can reduce avoidable gaps between scopes and help move your project efficiently from foundation work through the framed structure.

Custom-Home Concrete That Starts With Your Plans

Through Coronado Concrete, WestCor supports custom-home foundations, slabs, flatwork and related structural concrete scopes. Early review helps our team understand the project, clarify bid information and flag concrete-specific questions before work begins. When conveyor placement fits the project, ACMP can provide Putzmeister Telebelt service for ready-mix concrete and aggregate placement.

  • Foundation and slab scope review
  • Concrete sequencing and access considerations
  • Coordination points that affect the framing handoff
  • A clear path to a concrete-only or combined bid

Clear Scope. Clear Responsibilities.

WestCor Construction coordinates the Coronado Concrete and WestCor Framing scopes you contract with us to perform. WestCor is not acting as the owner-builder’s general contractor and does not supervise, schedule or take responsibility for unrelated trades. The owner-builder remains responsible for overall project management, permits, design professionals and work outside WestCor’s contracted scopes.
